Mr.Stéphane Perennes, the French Master Farrier, stepped into the world of Farriery back in 1986 with his apprenticeship at the International Farrier school IFCE Haras du Pin in Normandy and acquired the BTM diploma from there. He began his career in Chantilly, moving on eventually to Germany, China, Hong Kong, Greece, United Arab Emirates and finally to Bahrain where he is working for the past 22 years being responsible for the Farriery Division of the Royal Stables of Bahrain.
He specializes in Thoroughbred Racing, Endurance and Breeding horses. During his career he has trained numerous Assistants and local individuals to become skilled Farriers. Being passionate in the field, he concentrates in several Pathologies affecting the hoof and limb deformities and continues to look for innovative technologies such as FormaHoof.
Stéphane has completed the FormaHoof Certified Applicator Course where hoof care professionals are assessed to ensure their applications are consistent and meet FormaHoof standards.
